Car began life as a stock 2012.0 Platinum Grey Jetta 2.5L SE. I try to keep it clean. Here is detailed list of mods so far [some are in the works].

    Companies who have my money

Beep when locking or unlocking with key fob disabled
Open/close windows via long-press on key fob enabled
Speed display units in KM/H in instrument cluster
    Lane-change turn signal auto-flasher disabled
Activate side mirror heaters when rear window defroster is on enabled
[Would like to be able to turn on fogs without also turning on parking lights. Maybe possible with VAG-COM cable? Switch lights to parking lights, but have the parking lights disable when the fogs are on??]

United Motorsport N/A Stage 1 tuned by Frank at EPG [Wish I had a decal/sticker to acknowledge this]
    USP Cold Air Intake System
    ECS lightweight underdrive crank pulley
034 Motorsport billet aluminum dogbone insert mount
APR Spherical Pendulum Mount [shamefully unable to install myself. Put in by a garage I trust, not (yet?) a VENOM friend]
Lightweight battery [Not yet installed, still figuring out how/with what/where I’m going securely mount it]
    Beetle engine cover
Porsche Oil & Washer Fluid Reservoir caps

    GTI Multi-function steering wheel
VW grocery bag hook in trunk
Euro light switch – Chrome trim
Ejection seat console button [not fully operational]
Dual LED ON/OFF console button for footwell & center console LEDs
    Traction control console button retrofit
    Garage door console button
USB port in console button spot
Carbon fiber wrap over shift plate
LEDs – front & rear red footwell & center console lighting
    Armrest tray insert
Chrome trim trunk button in door
    RNS-315 Navigation retrofit
Double USB port insert in rear of center armrest for rear passengers
Always active USB/Apple lightning cable for iPhone installed in/under the center console
[Considering removal of spare tire and widow maker when lightweight battery goes in]

Volkswagen motorsport (w/ German flag colors) badge added to trunk
    VW chrome exhaust tips
ECS blue tinted heated blind sport mirrors
    Winter wheels…17” Goals
Winter tires… 215/55R-17 Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus [tank tire]
    Summer wheels…18” Goals
Summer tires… 225/40ZR-18 Pirelli P Zero Nero GT XL [lightweight tire]

    Fog lights retrofitted

H&R sport springs [installed by Midcoast Auto]
Koni STR.T shocks and struts [installed by Midcoast Auto]
[Plan to add Unibrace XB to solidify the rear sometime between now and the Kettle Kruise]

Tyrol Sport Master Bracket [Will eventually be installed with lightweight battery]
    EBC Redstuff pads
Fronts: Porsche Boxster 986 brake calipers with Apikol bracket, 2-piece Racingbrake rotors 312×25, Apikol stainless steel lines

Lots of stuff added! Sounds like you have yourself a decent build. Have you ever tested it in any way? Quarter, dyno, etc…?

Thanks for the feedback Jason! No, I haven’t tested it yet. It’s an auto, with the engine mods and overall lighter weight (lighter brakes, solid rear beam, 6lb battery…), I figure I’m somewhere in the 0-60 range of a stock 2012 GLI. I’d really like to test drive a GLI back to back with mine to see how all these things stack up.
